Perfectionism feels like a bad word, but is it? Maybe there is another way to reframe how we think about striving for perfection as professionals and parents that can help us move toward our goals without burning out.

This week we're lucky to be joined by Dr. Stephanie Thrower, a psychologist and career coach who helps working parents break the burnout cycle so they feel more engaged, creative, and connected as professionals and parents.  She helps her clients achieve clarity, find purpose, and confidently set boundaries. Dr. Thrower is also a member of our Career Clarity Community and was happy to share with us her experience in the program and how it's helped her to move forward.

Join Becca and Marie as Dr. Thrower helps us flip the script on what it means to be a perfectionist and how greater self-compassion increases resilience and motivation.
